At Ueno, we’ve probably been luckier than most. That’s where Bueno comes in. It’s a way for us to give back.

There’s no big strategy, really. Sometimes people ask us for help. Sometimes we run into people we feel like helping. Sometimes something happens in the world that makes us think we should help.

If there’s philosophy behind Bueno, it’s that we don’t try to solve people’s problems themselves. It usually works better that way.
